Megalocoleus
tanaceti Family: Miridae There are two species in this genus, both of which are fairly distinctive. The tibial spines are wider than the tibial width and the apical segment of the tarsi is dark. M. tanaceti is bright yellow-green in colour and the upper surface is covered in coarse black hairs. Locally common on Tansy Tanacetum vulgare throughout much of Britain.
