psyllid Family: Psyllidae A very distinctive species, and the only member of its genus known to be established in the UK. The pale yellow forewings with dark brown dorsum of the fore-body, together with occurrence on Eucalyptus species makes it unmistakable. Originally from Australia, now widely established in the UK on ornamental eucalypts, sometimes in large enough numbers to become a serious pest. Adult: ? Length 3-3.5 mm |
